Problems I can solve

01

The internet drops and you stop selling.

Every outage means a stalled till and customers waiting.

02

Your software has lost its support.

The vendor disappeared, the licence expired, or nobody knows how it works anymore.

03

Everything runs on a spreadsheet.

One that has hit its limits, breaks often and only one person understands.

04

Your tools don’t talk to each other.

You copy data by hand from one system to another, every single day.

Recognise any of these? Let’s talk →

What I can do for your business

Every project starts with understanding how you work. The technology comes after.

Custom software

A tool built exactly around how your company works: management, sales, inventory, bookings… whatever you need.

Ideal for: businesses that no longer fit off-the-shelf software.

Websites and easy-to-use screens

with a UX/UI designer

I design, build and maintain your business website, or migrate it if the current one has become slow or outdated. If you already have a system, I connect the two: your catalogue, stock or bookings, always up to date. And the screens of your tools, just as clear.

Ideal for: businesses with no website, one they can’t update, or that want to sell and take bookings online.

Systems that work offline

Your team keeps working even when the connection drops. When it comes back, everything syncs by itself.

Ideal for: shops, warehouses and field work.

System modernisation

If you work with paper, a spreadsheet that has hit its limits or old, unsupported software, I update or replace it without losing your data, so you save time and work more efficiently.

Ideal for: shops and companies with old, manual or unsupported systems.

Connect and automate

I get your tools sharing data on their own and remove repetitive tasks.

Ideal for: teams losing hours copying information.

Applied artificial intelligence

I work with AI every day and know where it really saves time: loading stock from a photo of an invoice, answering your customers’ frequent questions, suggesting what to restock or summarising your sales. I build it into your tools without changing the way you work.

Ideal for: businesses that want to automate repetitive tasks without the hassle.

Seldy, an always-on point of sale that uncovered 650 USD in losses

THE PROBLEM

Unreliable internet, stock that was hard to track and losses nobody could see.

THE SOLUTION

An ecosystem: a till that works offline and prints receipts, plus a cloud dashboard for stock and analytics.

THE RESULT

In six weeks it uncovered losses and helped fix them: about 650 USD saved.

An inspection machine worth over €20,000 became unusable: its licence expired and the manufacturer no longer exists.

THE SOLUTION

Careful diagnosis, without touching anything critical, and custom software to operate it again.

THE STATUS

Project in progress.

A dashboard to manage licences and subscriptions

THE PROBLEM

Selling software to several clients and knowing, without spreadsheets, who has an active licence, which ones expire and who pays monthly or yearly.

THE SOLUTION

A central licensing service with a simple web dashboard: sign-ups, renewals and subscriptions from one place.

THE STATUS

In development. It will manage the licences of the point of sale and future products.

Santiago Strella, software developer

Hi, I’m Santiago.

Software developer. I was born in Argentina and live in Barcelona, so I work remotely with businesses on both sides of the Atlantic, in their own language. For over five years I’ve been building the part of applications you don’t see, but that always has to work.

I know point-of-sale and management systems well, including from the side of the people who use them every day, so I understand what a business really cares about: a till that never stops, numbers that add up, and someone who answers when something goes wrong.

I like to understand your business before writing a single line of code, move forward in small steps and explain every decision in plain language.

For screen design I work with a UX/UI designer with 8 years of experience. You get a single point of contact; your project gets two specialists.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a project cost?

Every project is different, so I don’t work with fixed rates. After a first conversation, with no commitment, I send you a fixed quote split into phases: you’ll know what each one includes and what it costs before we start.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. The proposal includes a phased timeline with deliveries you can try as we go. For reference, Seldy, the point of sale in the case studies, was up and running in the shop within six weeks.

What if something breaks later?

I don’t disappear after delivery. With the monthly maintenance plan you get support 7 days a week with replies within 24 hours, plus updates and improvements every month, for a fixed fee. If you’d rather not have one, fixes and improvements are quoted when you need them.

Can you use artificial intelligence in my business?

Yes, where it really helps. For example, to load products from a photo of an invoice, answer your customers’ frequent questions or flag what to restock. I only propose what makes sense for your business, and I choose services that don’t use your data to train their models.

Do I need to know about technology?

No. My job is to translate your problem into software and explain every step in plain language, no tech-speak.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

Yes. I work remotely, in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese, with companies in any country.

Tell me about your problem

No commitment. I’ll reply within 24 hours with a first idea of how to solve it.
